We feel very strongly about this, and we have structured our business model to ensure that our customers recognize real benefit from this commitment and esteem. As the airlines typically remind us, we know that our customers have choices, so we believe it is important that we offer them a level of service that others will find it hard to match. To support us in accomplishing this, we have created a Building Services Group at Allied Steel, which is driven by service innovation, technology and product development. In addition to having continuous access to knowledgeable and supportive Customer Service Representatives, each of our customers is assigned a Building Services Project Manager who is deeply involved in every phase of the purchase and construction process.

The Building Services Project Manager provides a higher level of personal support, listening closely to customer specifications and requirements, and advising where necessary. This Project Manager also acts as a formal go-between, liaising with technical, construction and regulatory professionals to ensure that the customer receives the product that suits the particular needs, and properly attends to technical details, and administrative regulations.

For further assurance, we also make sure our customers are familiar with our formal Complaints process, but we can proudly assert, that it is very seldom used.
